We do ask for £100 deposit for The Loft. This can be used for any food or drink pre-orders.

We offer a variety of drinks and food packages that cater to every style of event, from sit down meals to casual drinks and small plates. We update our menus, drinks and snacks packages seasonally, so if your event is later in the year, please use these as a reference only for the time being.

We can accommodate all major dietary requirements. Do not hesitate to ask our team, and they will clarify which dishes will be suitable for your guests.

Shinner & Sudtone is a short 8 minute walk from Sutton station, with direct trains from London Victoria or London Blackfriars. There is paid for parking located near the station and several bookable private spaces nearby on JustPark.

You are more than welcome to bring flowers, banners, table runners, candles, balloons, and decorations for your space.
We simply do not allow glitter, sticky tape, confetti, or balloons with confetti inside. If you wish to bring your own cake, please provide it to a staff member on arrival so we can refrigerate it until you are ready for it to be served.
Kindly note that we require all decorations to be set up and taken down on the same day as the event. Let us know if you need access before your booking start time to set up. We will check availability for earlier access, but we cannot guarantee it.

We will take care of the cleanup! If you wish to keep any of the decorations you set up, we require them to be taken down on the same day and taken home. Any decorations that are left behind from the event may be disposed of.

You are welcome to bring your furry friends and family along with you. If they would like a bowl of water, just let a member of staff know, and we will be happy to provide one.
